Hire Period: This is deemed to be the period of time from when the mats are delivered to when they are collected. The hire of the mats is done on a per week basis as a minimum. Any extension to the hire period is to be agreed with JAK Hire and will be charged based upon per mat per week hire.
Insurance: During the Hire period it is the responsibility of the Person and or Event to insure the mats. Proof of Mat Insurance is required to JAK Hire before the mats will be delivered.

Delivery: The delivery of the mats will be to the place and also time agreed by both JAK Hire and the Person and or Event hiring the mats. Any unnecessary delay at the destination may incur a charge. Next day delivery is available on some items subject to stock and also time frame.

Collection: The collection of the mats will be from the place and also time agreed by both JAK Hire and the Person and or Event hiring the mats. Any unnecessary delay in collection may incur a charge.

Sub Hire: At no time are the mats to be sub hired to another event or person without prior notification and agreement from JAK Hire. Any mats sub hired without the permission of JAK Hire will incur a charge.

JAK Hire Liability: A copy of our Liability Insurance is available on request

Usage: The mats are to be laid to create a temporary roadway and or parking / hard standing area. They are no to be used as a ramp or bridge. Incorrect usage is chargeable

Damage: Any damage to the mats and the connectors whilst on hire is chargeable to the person hiring the mats. If any mats or connectors are delivered damaged, it is the responsibility of the client to make JAK Hire aware of this.

Payment: 50% of the total amount is due on booking with the remaining 50% due 10 days before the event or hire period. If the hire requirement is such that there is not the 10 days between booking and hire period, then the full amount is due on booking.

Signing: All mats and connectors are to be signed for on delivery and or after JAK Hire have laid them to say that you (the Client) are happy with how the mats have been laid and are happy that none of the mats are damaged or broken as are the connectors

Returns: We are happy to accept goods returned to us subject to the condition and also the time frame any damage loss or degradation of the product will reflect in refund applied.
